Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which cancellations and refund requests are processed for services offered by Baghmara Campers, including but not limited to campsite bookings, tour packages, and other travel-related services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing via email at baghmaracampers@gmail.com. Cancellations are subject to the following refund schedule, based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice:

• More than 14 days before travel date: 90% refund of the total booking amount
• 7 to 14 days before travel date: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund will be issued

Note: All refunds are processed after deducting applicable bank/payment gateway charges.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation notice will be treated as a "No-Show" and will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Baghmara Campers

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Natural calamities (e.g., landslides, floods)
• Political unrest or safety concerns
• Unforeseen operational issues
• Force majeure events

In such cases, you will be entitled to one of the following at our discretion:

• Full refund of the booking amount
• Rescheduling of the trip without additional cost
• Credit note valid for future travel within 6 months

4. Refund Process

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the banking/payment service provider.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Convenience fees, transaction charges, or service taxes
• Government permits, entry fees, or third-party bookings made on your behalf

6. Modifications

Requests for modifications (e.g., change of date, name, itinerary) must be made in writing. Approval of changes is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No modifications are permitted less than 5 days before the travel date.
